Integrated Radioactive Decay Program

The radioactive decay program used by the program is based on a library of 497 radioisotopes available through Oak Ridge National Laboratory. It is capable of calculating complete decay chains for each of the isotopes in the library and correcting for contributions of multiple parent nuclides for a table of activity values typical of mixed fission and activation product sources. A stand alone program based on this has been produced. Users of the program include Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Los Alamos, the Government of Canada, as well as a number of other private and public research organizations.

Tc99 Decay Chain

(The radioactive decay calculator engine used in ISIP includes data from 497 radioactive nuclides. A record of the nuclide decay chain can be generated and printed on demand)
